Scoped to the South Coast air basin - LA, Orange, and parts of San Bernardino & Riverside counties.
Request AccessThe problem
South Coast AQMD Rule 2202 requires large worksites to submit an annual program meeting Average Vehicle Ridership (AVR) targets, or run a full Employee Commute Reduction Program (ECRP). The underlying survey and reporting work is still largely manual - periodic commute surveys, spreadsheets, and static AVR calculations that are slow to update and hard to defend under audit. Worksites of 250 or more employees also need a certified Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) to run the programme.
Rule 2202 requires:
Applies to worksites within the South Coast air basin - not statewide California.

Reduces repetitive survey work for employees and the Employee Transportation Coordinator. Automatic AVR tracking. Mobility data always available.
